AdminToGo!
would like to meet both your administrative
needs and your financial requirements. For a project fee estimate
or information about discounted hourly rates and monthly retainer plans,

Payment and Terms
- Personal, business and cashiers
checks or money orders accepted. All checks should be made payable to AdminToGo.
- Local Clients: Services totaling
$20.00 or less, payment is due upon receipt of finished project. For larger
projects, a deposit will be required prior to start-up with the balance
due upon completion of project.
- Long-distance Clients: A deposit
of 50% of total estimated project amount required in advance with balance
due upon completion of project.
- Unpaid accounts over 30 days are
subject to a $15.00 monthly late fee.
- Final work will not be released
until payment is made in full, unless alternative payment arrangements have
been agreed upon.
- Minimum charge of $10.00 for all
services.
- A $20.00 fee will be charged for
returned checks.
General Information (the
etc.)
- All client information is strictly
confidential.
- All project files are virus scanned
prior to transmission by email or placed on a diskette.
- Usual turnaround time is 24-48 hours
unless specified otherwise. Premium rate for 24-hour service or rush project
requiring evening and weekend time (when available).
- No charge for email delivery or
one #10 envelope up to one-ounce. Mail over one-ounce will be charged at
regular USPS rates.
- Overnight air or ground services
(FedEx, UPS, etc.) will be billed at cost to client.
- Finished product is delivered by
diskette, email, fax, overnight mail, or regular mail as required by client.
- Free pick-up and delivery for local
clients (Franklin County and some portions of St. Louis County). Mileage
will be charged at $0.33/mile.
- Additional client authorization
and/or deposit may be required in the event actual project costs are expected
to run in excess of 25% of estimate or the client has made substantial requirements
changes.
- Client assumes full responsibility
for final proofing and accuracy of documents upon receipt of completed project.
Any errors or omissions thereafter are not considered the responsibility
of AdminToGo!
